1. How long is the service life of PET tape?
This depends on the use environment and the type of tape. Generally speaking, this PET tape is stored in a cool place for 12 months. If it is exposed to harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, oil pollution or strong ultraviolet rays, the viscosity may gradually decrease, and the service life is about half a year.
2. Is PET tape resistant to high temperatures? How high a temperature can it withstand?
PET tape has a certain high temperature resistance. Our company produces two types. The ordinary type can withstand temperatures of about 80℃ - 120℃, while some high-temperature PET tapes can withstand temperatures of 200℃ or even higher (long-term use at high temperatures may still affect its viscosity and performance).
3. Is PET tape waterproof?
PET tape itself has a certain waterproof performance, but it is not completely waterproof and sealed. It can prevent moisture intrusion to a certain extent, but if it is soaked in water for a long time, it may cause the viscosity to decrease or the tape to fall off.
