WESHARE lamination machine is the process to join two or more materials together in layers to create a single composite materials. It can laminate like laminate release liner or film or paper on to the double side tapes, etc.

REWINDING / SLITTING

The rewind machine is mainly used to unwind a large roll of paper, film, non-woven tape, or other jumbo roll materials into small rolls in different widths. WESHARE has different rewind slitting machines which utilize the Score, Shear, or the Razor slitting methods for different materials.

Laser micrometers are commonly used to directly measure the thickness of a product during the manufacturing process. The distance is determined by measuring the time from the start of the laser emission to the time the laser is reflected back from the target. Q: What is the material of PET film?

A: PET is a crystalline saturated polyester, a milky white or yellowish highly crystalline polymer with a smooth and glossy surface. It has good physical and mechanical properties within a certain temperature range, with a service temperature of up to 120 °C and excellent electrical insulation.

Q: What are the dimensions of PET film?

A: Stage One: fast reply all quotations by highly experienced engineers. They will highlight any problem areas or make suggestions for changes. Stage Two: incoming inspection of materials with our own Gas Transmission Rate Tester Stage
Stage three: Full QC inspection and report before shipping

Q: What about credit and payment terms?

A: We generally request customers work to our standard payment terms for at least the first order. These are 50% deposit and 50% prior to shipping. It is possible to negotiate other payment terms such as Net 30, but these are agreed on a case by case basis.

Q: How long to get a quote?

A: We aim to quote all prototype projects within 24 hours. All General packaging projects within 24 hours. All non-conventional packaging projects within 3 days. There are sometimes processes and materials which WESHARE does not offer in house; these could add time to the quotation and will be highlighted as and when.

Q: What are WESHARE’s shipping terms?

A: All projects are FOB unless otherwise stated. This means the quote WITHOUT all freight and charges to a port. Any and all import and other taxes in your country are your own responsibility. If you require different shipping terms these can be negotiated on a case by case basis.

Q: How can I pay?
