Flexible mica sheet

Flexible mica sheet comes in the form of flexible laminated sheet after laminating, pressing and baking process, consists of quality muscovite or phlogopite mica paper impregnated with high temperature resistant silicon resin as binding agent.

Fire resistance classification UL94 (94 V-0)

Flexible mica sheet can be cold-formed at room temperature used in hair dryers, fan heaters, microwave oven circuit breakers and transformers.
It widely used as linings, gaskets, spacers, covers and backings, separating sheet and insulating parts in different industries of household appliance, automobile, metallurgy military, shipping and petrochemical.
In certain applications, installation is facilitated by spring-like action, gaskets or self-sealing products with requirement of high thermal insulation and mechanical strength.

Application

Mica tape

Mica tape, also called fire-resistant mica tape, made by (mica tape machine), is a kind of fire-resistant insulating material. It is mainly used in building materials industry, fire-fighting industry, fire extinguishing agent, welding rod, plastics, electric insulation, paper making, asphalt paper, rubber, pearlescent pigment and other chemical industries, and it is a very common insulating product. MICA SLIP PLAN

FOIL is a specially cold-formable mica roll with silicon impregnated and glass fiber reinforced. It’s a tearing resistant mica roll with high elasticity and high mechanical stability. It is used widely as a slip plane and coil insulation for coreless induction furnace, wrapping material for crucible form, protective barrier during sintering of lining materials. DIE-CUTTING

The rewind machine is mainly used to unwind a large roll of paper, tape, or other jumbo roll materials into small rolls in different widths. WESHARE has different rewind slitting machines which utilize the Score, Shear, or the Razor slitting methods for different materials.

Adding an adhesive layer to mica paper

The mica paper is covered with glue by the constant rolling of the glue-dipped upper roller as it rotates to add glue to the mica paper.Glue is added to the mica paper, also for bettr pressing into mica sheets.

Compressed

Mica boards are made by bonding, heating and pressing several layers of mica paper with silicone glue, of which the mica content is about 90 per cent and the silicone glue 10 per cent. WESHARE factory are able to press different thicknesses of mica boards in compressors by means of overlapping mica paper.

Cutting technology

Cut the mica sheet according to the size and shape required by the customer, if there is a special requirement for customisation, WESHARE will make a mould and make the customised graphic before cutting.
