Products Description

Weshare release paper with special functions, such as releasability, water resistance, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance, to create release paper and film that protect the adhesive surfaces of various adhesive products. We also provide casting paper such as that used for manufacturing synthetic leather and carbon fiber composite materials. Weshare have our own lab. The lab. is the core base for the R&D activities. Each order will keeps each sample, we keep all samples for 2 years. Each order suppl each test report. We are committed to providing the best service to our customers. As you know all of our release paper need different base paper, we cooperate with the best paper factory in China. Use imported base paper from Japan and domestic high-grade paper to produce single-sided or double-sided coated silicon as well as single-sided or double-sided coated.

Coating Process

Unwinder,Coating,Dryer & Reel

Coating process is coating the surface of the paper in order to enhance the paper’s printability and reproducibility of image. The paper that is sent to the coating part (coater) after being released from the unwinder undergoes the process of making the coating surface uniform with blade, load and others then it is completed into a product after being dried in the dryer. Depending on the product, gloss is added through super calendar process.

Q: What is Release Paper?

A:

‐Release paper is used to protect adhesive sheets and tapes
‐The surface of paper is coated with release agent

Basic structure of Release Paper
Laminated products: base paper/barrier agent/release agent
‐Substrate (base paper)：wood-free paper, kraft paper, glassine paper, etc.
‐Barrier agent：polyethylene (PE) is commonly used(to prevent release agent soaking into the paper)
‐Release agent: silicone resin is commonly used
