PEVA anti-slip tape is designed for the places where a gritty mineral tape is the wrong answer. Traditional anti-slip tapes rely on aluminium oxide or carborundum grit bonded to a rigid backing: excellent on a factory ramp, uncomfortable and abrasive in a bathroom, on a pool deck or on a ladder rung. This tape solves that problem with an embossed PEVA film surface - the grip comes from the pattern, not from abrasive particles, so it is smooth to the touch, safe on bare feet and simple to mop clean. The construction is a three-layer system: a PEVA film carrier, an embossed anti-slip surface, and a solvent-based acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive protected by a silicone release liner. PEVA is PVC-free and contains no phthalate plasticisers, so the tape meets the material restrictions that PVC-based products increasingly fail in Europe and North America, and it can be specified in projects that require RoHS and REACH compliance. Performance is consistent roll to roll: the film is cast to a controlled thickness, the embossed pattern is applied under constant pressure and temperature, and every production lot is checked for adhesion, dimensional accuracy and surface pattern before packing.
