Coated Paper With PE Film is specially developed as a carrier material used in the continuous slabstock (PU) polyurethane foam production process. It is also known as peelable PE-coated kraft paper for foam molding.

It serves as a release and separation layer during the processing of foam materials such as EVA, PE, PU, and rubber, preventing adhesion while ensuring a smooth surface and easy demolding.

--Base Paper Types: Virgin kraft paper / Recycled kraft paper

--PE Coating Weight: Approx. 10–15g

--Release Force: Light / Medium / Heavy (adjustable based on customer's adhesive or foam type)
