Insulation mica tube is hard pipe insulation material prepared by using mica paper or splitting mica fixed with glue or by using mica paper glued on side of reinforced material, then processed rolling. It has excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties. It is suitable for all kinds of electric motors and electrical appliances electrical smelt furnace etc
Insulation Mica tube characteristics:
The mica tube is divided into white and gold tubes with a temperature resistance of 850-1000 °C. Our company's length is between 10 and 1000mm, the inner diameter is 8-300mm, the quality is stable, and special specifications can be made according to the drawings provided by users. (Examples in slotting, bonding, etc.).
Application
Mica tube pipe is a hard tubular insulation material which is made by stripping mica or mica paper with a suitable adhesive bonded to a single-sided reinforcing material.
It has high mechanical strength and is suitable for insulation of electrodes, rods or outlet bushings in various motors and electrical equipment.
Packing&Shipping
One pack is 100kg in general. The product is sealed usually with plastic film and packed in carton. The fumigation-free pallet shall be used when exporting. Each pallet contains <1000KG.
Storage: Stored in dry and moisture-proof indoor region at room temperature, there is no carrier lifestyles limit.
