Peelable Pe Coated Kraft Paper

Peelable PE coated Kraft Paper is an innovative product comprising of Kraft paper and a very thin peelable polyethylene (PE) film specially developed for continuous slab stock production of Ester, Ether & other flexible polyurethane foam.

Kraft liner act as carrier of thin Low-Density Polyethylene film & smoothly transfer the same on extruded and heated foam stock where due to heat this film adheres to foam stock forming complete enclosure of slabstock.

The features of Peelable PE coated Kraft Paper:

- Smooth & cleanly operations are possible on manufacturing floor. Machine conveyer & other machine parts get protected from sticky foam during manufacturing.

- It helps in achieving better foam qualities in combination with lower waste resulting in important cost savings.

- Polyethylene from peelable kraft gets transferred to foam stock, leaving bare paper aside. It protects foam from aging & improves shelf life.

-PE Film acts as barrier to moisture thus improves & maintain the hardness values of foam retaining shape of foam while storage will be easier.

What products do you mainly produce?

We mainly produce PE coated paper, baking paper, glassine paper, release film.

What machines are there in your factory now?

(1) We have two PE coating machines, with production capcity of 1400 tons per month for one side PE coating and two sides PE coating.

(2) Five high speed diecutting machines.

(3) Three punching machines.

(4) One high speed slitting machines.

(5) One high speed paper sheet cutting machine. It is actual used for producing paper sheet.

What is the delivery time if I place an order?

For the first order, usually if the order items is PE coated paper roll and paper sheet, delivery time can be within 20days.

What is the MOQ?

For a whole order, the total quantity need to be at least 14-16 tons, it is a full 1x20ft. But our MOQ is 1ton.
