Precision-Cast & Polished Film Processing Rollers
These are our core production rollers for film casting and stretching lines. We machine and polish every roller in-house to ensure a perfectly smooth surface, which keeps your film flat and thickness consistent. We can do custom sizes and finishes for different film types, including PET and BOPP.
Biaxial Stretching Line
This is our BRUCKNER biaxial stretching line for transparent films. It lets us run at high speeds while controlling stretch ratio, temperature and tension very precisely. The result is clear, stable and strong films for packaging, insulation and other industrial uses. If you have special requirements for film properties, we can adjust the process accordingly.
Heavy-Duty Slitting & Rewinding Machine
This is our slitting and rewinding unit for converting wide master rolls into finished film rolls. We use high-precision blades and automatic tension control to get clean edges and even winding. It works well with thin PET, BOPP and functional films, helping reduce waste and keep roll quality consistent. We can adjust the setup to match your required widths and roll sizes.
Coating / Laminating Machine
This is our industrial coating and laminating machine for functional films. It applies coatings or adhesives evenly across the full width, so you get uniform results without streaks or defects. We use it for electrical insulation films, barrier films and other multi-layer products.

Outer Packaging: The rolls are securely packed in strong, fumigation-free wooden pallets or reinforced cartons, depending on the roll size.
Securing: The pallets are tightly wrapped with stretch film and strapped to ensure maximum stability during ocean or air freight.
