Transparent PVC release film is a flexible, high-clarity silicone-coated release liner manufactured from virgin PVC resin. The single-sided silicone coating delivers consistent, controlled release performance, while the PVC substrate provides excellent flexibility, stretch conformity, and optical clarity - making it an ideal carrier for adhesive tapes, protective films, graphic applications, medical dressings, and die-cut components where both release performance and visual transparency are required.
Our PVC release film is produced on six in-house calendering lines with a monthly capacity of 1,500–1,800 tons, ensuring stable supply, fast turnaround, and consistent quality across every batch.

Yes. We manufacture from 30 μm to 500 μm in any width up to 1,600 mm with precision slitting.

Yes. Standard samples are free. Custom-spec samples are available at cost. The buyer covers shipping.
3. What is your minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ is 100 rolls. Smaller trial quantities are negotiable - please contact us with your requirements.
