Product Introduction
Kaolin CCK (Clay Coated Kraft) release paper is a premium silicone-coated release liner built on a kraft paper base that has been coated on one side with a smooth kaolin clay layer. The clay coating fills the natural surface pores of the kraft fibers, creating a dense, uniform surface that allows for a thinner, more consistent silicone coating and delivers superior release performance compared to standard uncoated kraft liners.
Available in basis weights from 60 to 180 gsm in white, yellow, and unbleached natural kraft colors, our CCK release paper combines the strength and cost-effectiveness of kraft paper with the surface quality and release consistency of a coated grade. It is widely used in label stock, adhesive tape, die-cutting, graphic films, and industrial converting applications where reliable release is critical and budget matters.
