We can choose the right silicone for you:

1. Release profile:

The release profile denotes the change in the release force with changing peel speed. It is important to match the release profile to the speeds at which the final laminate will be de-laminated. This can be modified to some extent by selecting the right silicone base polymer.

2. Speed of cure:

How quickly the silicone can crosslink to form an elastomeric coating ( ''cure'' ) is very important to the speed and temperature at which the process can be run.

3. Silicone coat weight

The silicone weight can have an even greater impact on the silicone coverage than it does on the performance of a release coating.
