Product Introduction
Products Description
Product Overview
A rubber vulcanized label is a rubber tag that is permanently bonded to the rubber surface during the vulcanization (curing) process - it is not an adhesive sticker. The label is placed on the uncured (green) rubber and cured together with it, so the label and the rubber cross-link at the interface and become one piece. Because the bond is formed from the rubber itself, the label will not peel, fall off, fade or wash away under high temperature, oil, moisture or heavy abrasion, keeping the marking legible for the whole service life of the product.
Weshare supplies custom vulcanized rubber labels in silicone rubber, EPDM, natural rubber and composite rubber, in roll or sheet form, with laser-engraved or embossed marking, ready to run on your tire and rubber production lines.

FAQ
1. What is a rubber vulcanized label and how is it fixed? It is a rubber tag that is co-vulcanized (cured) together with the rubber part. Instead of an adhesive, it forms a molecular-level bond with the rubber during curing, so it becomes one piece with the product.
2. Can it survive the vulcanization process? Yes. The label withstands cure temperatures up to approximately 200 °C, so it can be applied before or during vulcanization depending on your process.
3. What materials are available? Silicone rubber, EPDM, natural rubber (NR) and composite rubber. We recommend a grade based on your temperature and bonding requirements.
4. What thickness and size can you supply? Thickness from 0.3 mm to 5.0 mm (0.5 / 0.8 / 1.0 mm are most common); sizes are fully customized.
5. What information can be marked on the label? Laser engraving, QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers and logos - for permanent traceability.
6. What are your MOQ, lead time and trade terms? MOQ 500–2,000 pcs; lead time 10–20 days; trade terms EXW / FOB Shanghai / CIF / DDP.
7. Can you match our specific rubber compound? Yes. The compound and cure system can be adjusted to different rubber formulations and production processes.
