Products Description
Insulating crepe paper is made from electrical insulating paper by corrugating it. There are wrinkles along its transverse direction, and the wrinkles are pulled apart when stretched. Due to different corrugating procedures, crepe paper with different elongation can be made.
The crepe paper provided by our company is Sanmu high-quality electrical crepe paper, which is mainly used for insulation wrapping of oil-immersed transformers, reactors and transformers. The entire width is 550mm, and we can cut it to 8mm width. The recommended thicknesses are 0.35mm, 0.46mm, 0.65mm and 0.8mm.
Product features: high elongation, good bending performance, many wrinkles, not easy to break
Crepe paper is used as an insulating material in transformers to cover copper and aluminum conductors (where flexibility is required). Good dielectric strength, excellent compatibility with insulating liquids, no conductive particles.
