AHA Insulation Paper

 

AHA insulation paper is a composite material composed of a polyimide film in the middle and Aramid paper on both sides, coated with H-grade adhesive. Aramid paper is an insulating paper with similar performance to Nomex, developed and produced by domestic manufacturers.
AHA is a soft composite material with a heat resistance grade of H (180 degrees), with good mechanical properties such as tensile strength and edge tearing performance and good electrical strength. The product surface is smooth, which can ensure barrier-free when using automatic off-line machines to produce low-voltage motors. AHA is mainly used for slot insulation, slot cover and phase insulation of high heat-resistant motors.

AHA needs to be stored in sealed and dry conditions, and the product is mostly provided in rolls with a width of 1000mm. At the same time, our company provides slicing (about 1000*1000mm or according to customer requirements) and coiling (minimum width is 5mm)

Application areas:

6650 AHA is used for slot insulation, liner insulation, turn insulation and slot wedge insulation in low-voltage motors, power tools, electrical appliances and interlayer insulation of transformers.

Storage:

6650 AHA can be stored indefinitely at (20°C, 50% r. h.).

Coil: Thickness 0.11-0.17mm, width 990mm; Thickness 0.19-0.21mm, width 970mm;

Thickness :0.24-0.30mm width: 920mm

Thickness :0.35-0.45mm, width: 905mm.
