Electrical insulation cable paper:

Cable paper, also known as insulation paper, is an indispensable material in power transmission systems. Its main component is wood cellulose, a natural fiber material that gives cable paper good insulation properties and mechanical strength. Cable paper is made of 100% high-quality sulfate insulation wood pulp, and is finely processed and specially treated to ensure its excellent electrical performance and durability.

Product advantages:
It has good high temperature resistance and electrical insulation, and can act as an insulating material in oil-immersed transformer windings.
It has good stability, and the service life of the product is between 3-5 years.

DDP Insulation paper

DDP insulating paper is a special modified epoxy resin coated on high-performance insulating paper in a diamond shape. It is widely used in interlayer insulation and turn insulation of oil-immersed power transformers.

Raw materials: kraft pulp + epoxy glue
Glue content: conventional 10 filaments, 5 filaments

Diamond glue point customization:

-Different color pastes
-Different sizes (conventional is 8*8/9*9)
-Large diamond glue points

Application transformer range: ≤35KV or less

6630 DMD Insulation paper

6630 DMD, this product is a composite insulation material product made of a layer of polyester film coated with an adhesive, one side of which is a polyester fiber non-woven fabric, and calendered. It is referred to as DMD.
6630 DMD composite material has good mechanical strength, dielectric properties and high heat resistance (B grade). It is a standardized insulation material for Y series motors and can be used as slot insulation, inter-turn and inter-layer insulation, liner insulation core and transformer insulation for small and medium-sized motors.
