1. Coating head

3. Drying tunnel
Professional PET release film is inseparable from the drying channel, and the design of the drying channel also determines the quality of production. Although general manufacturers will buy other people's coating production lines, they also need to cooperate in the follow-up work in order to make a good PET release film.
4. Temperature
The core point to solve the appearance problem of PET release film is how to set a reasonable temperature curve, from what temperature enters the drying path, to what temperature is most conducive to solvent volatilization, etc.
