Muscovite board advantages

Muscovite board is silver-white, temperature resistance grade: 500℃ for continuous operation and 850℃ for intermittent operation. This product has excellent bending strength and processing function. It has high flexural strength and excellent resistance. It can process various shapes without delamination.

This product is a high-strength sheet, which can still maintain its original function under high temperature conditions. It has excellent environmental protection function. This product does not contain asbestos. There is little smoke smell when heated, even smokeless and tasteless. Among high temperature insulating materials, it has excellent cost performance.

The HP5 Muscovite motherboard is made by bonding, heating and pressing mica paper and silica gel. The content of mica is about 90% and the content of silica gel is 10%. This product is also widely used, such as household appliances: electric irons, hair dryers, toasters, coffee pots, microwave ovens, electric heaters, etc. Intermediate frequency electric arc furnace, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc.

This product is a rigid board insulating material made of mica paper, impregnated with sar-9 adhesive, baked and hot pressed. It has high mechanical strength and heat resistance. Intermittent operation temperature class: 1050℃.

According to the use, mica can be generally divided into three types: thin sheet mica, mica for capacitors and thick mica for electronic tubes. The area and thickness specifications of these three types of mica are shown in the table below, and their grades and uses are shown in the table below. Muscovite has vitreous luster, generally colorless and transparent; phlogopite has metallic luster and semi-metallic luster. Common are golden yellow, brown, light green and so on. Muscovite and phlogopite have outstanding electrical and mechanical functions, good heat resistance, chemical stability and corona resistance. Both kinds of mica can be peeled off and processed into soft elastic sheets with a thickness of 0.01-0.03 mm.
