Precautions for cellophane

The influence of the change of the force of the glass paper, during the printing process, the elongation of the film increases with the increase of the tension within the allowable range of the strength, which brings difficulties to the accuracy of the color printing overprint, according to the type of substrate material and its expansion and contraction. For example, the expansion and contraction rate of PE film is relatively large, and the tension value should be smaller; for paper or PET, OPP and other plastic films with low expansion and contraction rate, the tension can be appropriately larger. The surface is smooth, without pores, and the ink layer is not easy to be fixed or not firmly fixed. After the first color is printed, it is easy to be stuck by the ink of the next color overprinting, making the pattern and text incomplete and causing defects;
After packaging items with it, it can prevent rust, moisture and pollution. However, cellophane also has shortcomings: high longitudinal strength, low transverse strength, poor tearing, and tearing when a slight crack occurs. Cellophane is also hydrophilic, so it can absorb water, and adhesion often occurs when exposed to water, and it is easy to bond between the paper sheets to form blocks when exposed to heat. Cellophane is characterized by high transparency, strong gloss, and particularly bright color after printing pictures and texts, which cannot be achieved by plastic films; it has good printability and does not require any treatment before printing. Cellophane also has antistatic properties, which is not easy It absorbs dust and avoids the occurrence of printing failures such as sticky dust on graphics and text, but it has poor moisture resistance and the film is easily deformed by the influence of temperature and humidity, which makes it difficult for graphics and text to be registered during printing.
