Sometimes the mica gasket and the mica plate are the same. For example, the mica sheet in Guangdong is the mica sheet. The correct term mica sheet generally refers to the natural mica sheet, and the mica sheet is a mica paper made of natural mica slag. The plate-shaped material dipped in resin and hot pressed, regardless of thickness, mica generally has a temperature resistance of 500-1000 degrees.
Natural mica gasket is a high temperature resistant insulating material, which can be used for a long time at 800 ℃. Epoxy board has outstanding mechanical properties, heat resistance and insulating electrical properties, large volume resistivity and good dielectric loss. It has the advantages of no layering, no cracking and no deformation during processing and punching. Asbestos board has strong tensile strength and can withstand pressure. Can withstand about 1400 ℃! It can be used for epoxy board insulation, thermal insulation and sound insulation, boilers, steel plants, chemical plants, aluminum casting plants, etc., as well as general electrical insulation.
For example, when food such as fish and meat is heated in a microwave oven, the oil, protein tissue and other food fragments that burst at high temperature stick to the mica sheet, and behind the mica sheet is the magnetron microwave transmitter, which is the "heating source". There are these dirts on the mica sheet. When the microwave is launched, it mainly heats these things. Because it is too close to the "heat source", these things are easily scorched and burn through the mica sheet for a long time. Without this layer of mica flakes, food residues enter the magnetron through the back cavity, which can cause damage to the magnetron. So usually use the microwave oven to heat food, pay attention to the cleaning of the inside of the microwave oven, and wipe it often.
