What is Lamination Kraft Paper?

Lamination Kraft Paper is an industrial packaging material that has enhanced functions by coating the surface of kraft paper. It has the strength and environmental protection of release paper, as well as the moisture-proof, oil-proof and wear-resistant properties of the film layer. It is widely used in various industrial packaging, insulation materials, building materials, and sponge manufacturers.
Why do we need Lamination processing?
When we were producing release paper for our customers, some of them gave us feedback that they needed a paper that could be easily peeled off to protect the sponge surface from dirt and dust. So we started to develop release paper coating products with our technology, and finally developed this PE Coated Kraft Paper.
The PE layer or the entire paper on the surface of this product can be easily peeled off from the attached objects during use, for example:
1. It can be demolded during the composite molding process
2. It can be peeled off as a whole after being used as an isolation layer
3. There is no residual glue, no drawing, and no chipping when peeling
This performance is very suitable for scenarios that require temporary protection or hot pressing packaging but subsequent removal.

How is Lamination Kraft Paper used in the production of sponge mattresses?
First, when the sponge is produced, Lamination Kraft Paper is placed at the bottom of the machine. When the sponge mattress is plastic, tear off the release paper at the bottom, keep the PE film, and cover the sponge.
