Phlogopite mica sheets with high temperature-resistant materials. It offers high thermal resistance combined with the sort of strength that ensures product longevity. It can thick or thin, for thin mica sheet also allows for rapid heat transfer and heating element cooling.

Phlogopite mica sheets help protect people from burns while ensuring safe working temperatures. It also prevents the build-up of condensation on cold working surfaces in foundries.

Packing&Shipping

One pack is 100kg in general. The product is sealed usually with plastic film and packed in carton. The fumigation-free pallet shall be used when exporting. Each pallet contains <1000KG.

Application

To enforce resistor support, expecially for heating factors in toasters, hair dryers;

To manufacture closed heating factors such as heater bands, heating elements, garments irons and presses,kettles, cooking appliances, heating factors for extrusion machines;

To used as thermal insulation in circuit breakers such as divider between factors affected by means of a excessive warmth loads.
