Today We Completed The Release Force Testing For Our Release Paper
Dec 09, 2025
Today, our quality control team successfully completed a new round of release force testing on our silicone-coated release paper and release film products. As a professional manufacturer dedicated to reliable and consistent release solutions, we conduct regular laboratory testing to ensure every batch meets international performance standards and customer requirements.

Why We Test Release Force Regularly?
Release force is one of the most important technical indicators for release liners.
It determines:
How easily the adhesive separates from the liner
Whether the liner performs consistently during lamination and die-cutting
Whether it matches the adhesive system used by the customer (hot melt, acrylic, silicone, etc.)
Whether the customer's production line can run smoothly without tearing, sticking, or residue
By performing periodic testing, we ensure our products maintain stable coating quality, smooth release, and excellent compatibility across different adhesives.
How We Conduct Today's Release Force Test
Our QC laboratory follows standard testing procedures such as FINAT FTM3, ensuring accurate and reproducible test data.
Today's test focused on:
Multiple release values (low, medium, and high release)
Different coating weights and silicone formulations
Double-sided and single-sided release liners
Various substrates (glassine, PEK film, PET film, CCK paper, etc.)
The test is performed using a precision tensile testing machine, which measures the peeling force at a constant speed. All data was recorded and analyzed by our QC engineers.

Test Results Summary
Our latest results showed:
-Stable release force across all tested materials
-Strong coating curing, no silicone transfer
-Excellent performance under both low- and high-release formulations
-Reliable release smoothness even after high-temperature aging tests
This confirms that our silicone coatings remain uniform and consistent, ensuring high performance for label, tape, medical, and industrial adhesive applications.
What This Means for Our Customers
With stable release force data, our customers can expect:
-Smoother production processes
-Better compatibility with various adhesives
-Lower rate of adhesive residue or liner tearing
-Higher efficiency in die-cutting and laminating
-More predictable and reliable product performance
This is especially important for label factories, tape manufacturers, medical dressing converters, and electronics packaging companies, who depend heavily on release liner stability.
Our Commitment to Quality
As a release liner manufacturer, we maintain strict quality control procedures, including:
Full inspection for every batch
Silicone curing and coating uniformity checks
High-temperature aging tests
Release force consistency testing
Continuous R&D improvement of silicone formulations
Today's successful test once again demonstrates our commitment to quality, stability, and customer satisfaction.
