These kind of Pet release films are the most cost-effective for almost any type of screen printed heat transfer label. You can select from three models with Different Release force (label peeling off force) and Different matte-surface feel. The high release force model is recommended for the plastisol ink system.
– Standard Thickness : 0.075 to 0.03mm
- Width: 10mm to 2000mm
- Single Side Dual Matte coated for Screen Printing
- Lower release force, slight-matte effect, cold/warm peel
- Middle to high release force, slight-matte effect, cold peel
These models of pet release film have the ink-receiving layer on its printing side surface and are more stable for some special type labels like, for example: Raised up or High-Density Heat Transfer Label.
