Flow chart of production process
1. Film blowing: the base film is molded by blowing the raw material particles by three-layer co-extrusion under high temperature.
2. Coating: the process that base film is coated with glue on the coater, roll it up when dried.
3. Aging and table: for the purpose of stable quality, the products are made to be aging and become stable under proper temperature to prevent conversion.
4. Quality inspection: the product after aging will subject to quality inspection to confirm appearance and product performance.
5. Divide: the qualified products will make into different specifications depend on customer demand.
6. Rewinding: the qualified products will make into different specifications depend on customer demand.
7. Cutting: the qualified products will make into different specifications depend on customer demand.
8. Outgoing quality control: visual inspection for the products.
9. Packing: products that pass the inspection will be packaged and shipped after posting product identification and ROHS identification.
