Conductive Fabric is a high-performance EMI shielding material featuring a Nickel-Copper-Nickel plated polyester construction. It provides excellent three-axis conductivity, outstanding shielding effectiveness from 30 MHz to 18 GHz, and superior resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Lightweight, flexible, and easy to convert, it is widely used in electronic devices, conductive foam assemblies, medical protection equipment, building shielding systems, and aerospace EMC applications.

Products Description
Our BYH B2000 Conductive Fabric Series is manufactured by chemically depositing a layer of metallic nickel onto a polyester fiber substrate, followed by electroplating a highly conductive copper layer over the nickel. Once the copper layer is fully formed, an additional nickel coating is applied to provide excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance.
The combination of copper and nickel delivers outstanding permanent conductivity in the X, Y, and Z directions, as well as excellent EMI shielding performance across a frequency range of 30 MHz to 18 GHz.
Thanks to our advanced and unique electroplating technology, the conductive fabric offers superior resistance to oxidation, fingerprints, and contamination, making it an ideal material for a wide range of electronic shielding applications.
We can also manufacture conductive fabrics with special properties, including flame-retardant grades, according to customer requirements.
