Common solutions for PET release film

1. When peeling, there is a sound. One is excessive force, and the other is caused by uneven glue application.

2. Anti-peeling is mainly caused by unsatisfactory release force matching. There are two reasons. It caused the die-cutting factory to think of the force of the release film out of usage habits. The second is that the weather resistance of the release layer is not enough, and it changes greatly with time.

3. After sticking with tape, it cannot be torn off. This is usually the cause of uneven coating. Some serious film leaks will make a certain part of the film ineffective, so the tape cannot be torn off.

4. The greasy surface of the release film is mainly caused by the release agent system. Something that is not greasy must be bad. In fact, the surface coating of some greasy release films is more uniform and the residual adhesion rate is better. But some pure ones are not good, and the silicone oil is easy to fall off. These can all be determined through testing.

5. Static electricity problem, in addition to physical treatment methods, chemical treatment is permanent. Generally, photoelectric grade die-cutting factories have dust-free workshops and static electricity removal equipment, so the problem is not very big. For strict requirements, you can choose a film with anti-static coating.
