Matte release film use:
1. It is mainly used for FPC/PCB/FFC line pressing, electronic hardware product hot-pressing separator, die-cutting glue industry.
2. The frosted release film is mainly a high-quality isolation material for the processing of epoxy resin printed circuit boards in electronic products.
Matte release film characteristics:
1. With PET as the base material, the surface of the product is coated with a release material of 0.2-0.9 μm. The surface of the film is smooth and clean, and the coating is uniform, without wrinkles, tears, air bubbles and vacuum defects.
2. It has the characteristics of good high temperature resistance, stable size during lamination, double-sided mold release, good flame retardancy and filling performance, and is the first choice for high-end PCB precision circuit lamination and isolation.
3. The frosted release film has high tensile strength, tear strength, chemical inertness and non-stickiness, and is an excellent release material for multi-layer board production.
