How baking paper is made

Baking paper, also known as baking paper, is a kind of paper commonly used in the baking process. It is oil-proof, waterproof, and high-temperature resistant, and can effectively prevent food from sticking to baking sheets or molds, keeping the appearance of baked goods intact and clean.

The production of baking paper usually includes the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Generally, high-quality wood pulp or plant fiber is used as the main raw material.

2. Pulping: The raw materials are cooked and beaten to form pulp.

3. Adding additives: In order to give baking paper oil-proof, waterproof, high-temperature resistance and other properties, corresponding chemical additives will be added.

4. Papermaking: The pulp is passed through a paper machine to form the preliminary form of paper.

5. Surface treatment: Treat the paper surface through coating, dipping, etc. to enhance its performance.

6. Drying: Use high temperature or other drying methods to remove moisture from the paper.

7. Cutting and packaging: Cut the dried paper according to different specifications and size requirements, and package it.
