Apply heat to the release paper side using the iron, allowing heat to transfer to the adhesive layer in the middle, causing it to melt and bond with the PI film.

The release paper prevents the adhesive film from sticking to the iron. Once cooled, remove the release paper to complete the adhesive backing process.

Using Non-Backed Hot Melt Adhesive Films
For non-backed adhesive films (e.g., TJS125), a flatbed or roller laminating machine is needed for application.

How to Use PI Film with Adhesive Backing
