Release film refers to a film with a differentiated film surface. The release film is not sticky or slightly sticky after contact with specific materials under limited conditions.
Normally, in order to increase the release force of a plastic film, the plastic film will be plasma treated, or coated with fluorine, or a silicon release agent will be applied to the surface of the film material, such as PET, PE, OPP, etc.
Types of release films
According to different classifications, release films can be divided into the following categories.
1. According to the base material: PET, BOPP, PVC, PP, PE, pearlescent film, synthetic paper, heat-sensitive synthetic paper, heat-sensitive transparent PET, etc.
2. According to the release force: light release film, medium release film, heavy release film.
