Introduction to several commonly used release papers and their characteristics
Release papers play an important role in various industries and applications. The correct selection and use of release paper can improve production efficiency, protect product quality, and ensure the safety and hygiene of the working environment. Complying with the precautions for using release paper can better utilize the anti-adhesion function of the release paper and bring more convenience and security to the production process.
Several commonly used release papers
1. Coated release paper: Release paper produced by coating the base paper with a release agent on the coated surface. Generally, there are coated paper release paper, yellow paper release paper, silicone white release paper, double offset paper release paper, kraft paper release paper and so on.
2. Glassine release paper: a release paper produced by overpressuring glassine base paper and coating it with a release agent. Generally, lamination is not required. If necessary, it can also be coated with silicone oil after lamination to produce release paper. Both lamination and coating can be done on one side or two sides.
3. CCK release paper: CCK base paper is a release paper produced by coating a layer of clay on the surface and then applying a release agent.
4. Other release papers: There are also some release papers that are widely used in many industries, and some do not use release agents. For example, label printing factories often apply a layer of varnish where release is required, and they also have release capabilities.
