I. Startup Preparations

Clean all machine rollers, guide shafts, and auxiliary tools. Tidy up the production area, mop the floor, and ensure the workspace is clean and organized. Confirm the product specifications, required raw materials, and auxiliary supplies.

Verify the production process parameters for the product. Set the temperature, airflow frequency, and other parameters according to the process requirements. Turn on the heating system and incoming airflow to begin warming up. Once the temperature reaches the specified setting, activate the exhaust system and recovery unit.

Temperature 80 100 130 140 140 140 100
Wind frequency 50 50 50 50 50 50 50

The shift supervisor must verify that the film path is correct, the adhesive side of the raw material is oriented properly, and all equipment rollers are clean and functioning smoothly.

II. Coating Operations

Load the raw materials required for production and confirm the adhesive side of the film. Ensure the film is centered on the machine and secure it using the air-expansion shaft by inflating it. Turn on the tension controller and set the tension. (During machine operation, the unwind tension should gradually decrease as the roll diameter gets smaller.)

Tension 13 - 15 15 - 18 20 - 22 25 - 28

Clean the anilox roller and adhesive tank. Gradually adjust the pressure on both sides of the rubber roller and anilox roller to ensure they are consistent. Pour in the adhesive and raise the adhesive tank so the anilox roller is submerged in the adhesive. Turn on the self-rotation function of the anilox roller to evenly coat it with adhesive. Adjust the doctor blade angle so that it makes parallel contact with the film.

Confirm that the equipment has reached production-ready conditions. Start the machine and sound the alarm to notify the rewinding operator. Wait for a return signal before starting. Begin operating at a low speed, press down the rubber roller, and use a marking pen to make an adhesive mark on the back of the film. Inspect the film surface to confirm proper adhesive coating, and then gradually increase the speed.

Since the solvent in release silicone oil evaporates easily, always keep the adhesive container tightly covered. Add small amounts of adhesive frequently to the adhesive tank to maintain a consistent supply and avoid interruptions or poor coating.

III. Rewinding Operations

Confirm the temperature, airflow settings, and ensure that all required auxiliary materials are ready for production.

Mount the required width of core tubes onto the rewinding shaft and inflate the air-expansion shaft. Verify the correct film path.

Turn on the web guide system and press "Automatic" on the web guide control panel. Activate the corresponding tension control for the rewinding shaft and set the appropriate tension according to the thickness of the raw material. (During machine operation, the rewinding tension must gradually increase as the roll diameter grows larger.)

After hearing the coating startup alarm, respond with a return signal and press the corresponding button to start the rewinding shaft. Activate the tension control switch and synchronize the startup. The coating operator will gradually increase the machine speed. Once the adhesive mark reaches the rewinding station, reset the meter counter to zero.

Inspect the film surface using a flashlight to check for scratches, defects, or rainbow patterns. If scratches are found, check the coating and drying oven areas to identify the cause. Inspect the film surface every 500 meters and record the process parameters at each interval.

Record details of the raw material source, specifications, and fill out the product record.

IV. Packaging Operations

After the product is finished on the machine, wrap it first with stretch film, then with foam padding, and secure it with another layer of stretch film.

Place two pieces of foam between two wooden boards and secure the package using packing straps. Fix the packaged product onto a pallet, secure it with additional packing straps, and wrap the entire package with stretch film. Attach the product label to the package.
