What are the methods for the storage, handling and use of soft high temperature resistant mica boards?

1. During transshipment and transportation, mechanical hazards, moisture and direct sunlight should be prevented.

2. The manufacturer is not responsible for any quality problems caused by violation of the above regulations.

3. Storage temperature: It should be stored in a dry, clean warehouse with a temperature not exceeding 35°C. Should not be near fire, heating and direct sunlight. If the temperature is below 10°C, the room should be kept at 11-35°C for at least 24 hours before use.

4. Before cutting and stamping the high temperature resistant mica board, the workbench, mold and machine should be cleaned to prevent impurities such as iron filings and oil stains from contaminating the high temperature resistant mica board.

5. Storage humidity: Please control the relative humidity of the storage environment below 70% to prevent the soft high temperature resistant mica board from getting wet.

6. Shelf life: 24 months from the date of delivery.
