What is Peelable PE Coated Kraft Paper Roll?
Peelable PE Coated Kraft Paper Roll is a functional packaging material with a peelable polyethylene (PE) coating on the surface of kraft paper. It has both the toughness of kraft paper and the isolation protection of PE coating, and the coating or paper surface can be easily torn off during use without residue.
This material plays an extremely critical role in the manufacture of sponge mattresses and is an indispensable auxiliary material for hot pressing, foaming protection, and temporary separation in the mattress industry.
Application scenarios in the sponge mattress industry:
-Use 1: Foam demoulding and release protection
Used for the inner wall or bottom of the PU sponge foaming mold
Prevent the foam from directly contacting the mold
After the foaming is completed, the paper and the foam are easy to peel off and do not stick together
-Use 2: Hot pressing and laminating protective paper
The mattress surface is used as an intermediate peeling layer when hot pressing with different functional foams/fabrics
Tear off the paper after heating and laminating, without residual glue and damage to the sponge surface
Suitable for rolling sponge patching process.
-Use 3: Packaging and temporary protective layer
The surface of the finished mattress is covered to avoid friction damage during compression and transportation
It can be quickly peeled off after use to improve packaging efficiency
