Product Introduction
High Temperature Resistant Mica Plate is a thermal barrier (insulation) material and is widely used in electrical equipment or electric heating elements in high-temperature working conditions. This product has excellent high temperature resistance, high physical strength, good electrical conductivity, and chemical corrosion resistance. It is widely used in various fields such as power generation, electronics, chemical industry, and metallurgy.
This product is mainly composed of mica sheets, so it has good insulation properties and can withstand high temperature conditions up to 900°C. It is also wear-resistant and chemically resistant.
Thickness: from 0.1mm to100mm
Length and Width: 1000×600mm 1000×1200mm 1000×2400mm
Note: The product less than 2.0mm thickness can be formed by stamping. The products larger than 2.0mm shall be processed by turning, milling, drilling and other processes.
Package
As per customer’s requirements. Normally is packed with plywood pallets.
Storage
Two years quality guarantee from production date, under proper storage with temperature ≤40℃ and humidity ≥60% with original package.
Shipment:
If the quantity of order is not very big, we could send them to you by express delivery such as TNT, DHL, FEDEX, EMS
If order is big, we will advise you use Air shipping through your nominated forwarder agent. Our long-term cooperated agent also available.
