Thick mica sheet is a high temperature insulating material made of quality mica materials and high performance organic silicon resin after melting and laminating process, widly used in electrical appliances such as toaster, hair dryer and warm air blower,etc and other electric heaters which require high temp electro insulation.

Thick Mica sheets is rigid mica plate with thickness over 3mm, it is mica lamination designed for providing outstanding resistant to high voltage and high temperature. We have two species: thick muscovite mica sheet (PB5716) and thick phlogopite mica sheet (PJ5761)
Application
Rigid Mica Sheet has a large vary of following applications: To put in force resistor support, expecially for heating factors in toasters, hair dryers; To manufacture closed heating factors such as heater bands, heating elements, garments irons and presses, kettles, cooking appliances, heating factors for extrusion machines; To used as thermal insulation in circuit breakers such as divider between aspects affected via a excessive warmth loads.Packing&Shipping
One pack is 100kg in general. The product is sealed usually with plastic film and packed in carton. The fumigation-free pallet shall be used when exporting. Each pallet contains <1000KG.
Storage: Stored in dry and moisture-proof indoor region at room temperature, there is no carrier lifestyles limit.
