Muscovite mica foil with glass fiber
WESHARE is a specially cold-formable mica roll with high temperature resistant silicon resin impregnated both soluble fiber (calcium silica) and glass fiber reinforced. It’s asbestos free and tearing resistant mica roll with high elasticity and high mechanical stability. It is used widely as a slip plane and coil insulation for coreless induction furnace, wrapping material for crucible form, protective barrier during sintering of lining materials. Temperature resistance is about 1000- 1200°C.
Composition:
1.mica + glass fiber + ceramic fiber ( calcium silica fiber for option)
2. glass fiber+mica+ceramic fiber( calcium silica fiber for option)
Thickness：2.2/2.5/3.2/3.5 mm
Width： 1m or 0.5m
Length：12.5m/25m/30m/50m ( customized length)
The material is nature mica with glass fiber.
Application
