Fish paper is another name for green shell paper, which is a common name for a green electrical insulation paperboard. Fish paper is made by mixing wood fiber or cotton fiber and pulping it through a certain process. Depending on the formula and process, it will appear in two colors, green and yellow. The yellow one is called yellow shell paper, and the green one is called green shell paper.
