1. Check the appearance of the mica board for obvious defects
The surface of the decorative mica board should be bright and free of burrs, scratches, glue penetration and board surface pollution (such as local blackening, yellowing, etc.). Mica boards should be selected with no cracks, no cracks, no knots, no wallets, no resin pockets and no resin channels. The natural warpage of the whole plate should be as small as possible to prevent the substrate from entering sand due to incorrect grinding process.
2. Understand the difference between plywood and natural plywood mica board
The texture of motherboard is basically flat and regular. The latter's mica board is a natural wood grain, and the wood grain image is naturally varied and irregular.
3. Check the appearance of the mica board
The appearance of the decorative mica board should have outstanding beauty, the raw materials should be fine and uniform, the color should be clear, and the wood grain should be beautiful. The pattern of mica floor and parquet floor should be placed according to certain rules. When approaching the wood color, the parquet floor should be almost parallel to the edge of the board.
4. The structure of the adhesive layer of the mica board is safe and stable, and there is no need to remove the glue. It should be noted that there should be no protrusion or delamination between the veneer on the outer surface of the mica board and the substrate and between the layers inside the substrate.
5. Mica boards with low formaldehyde emission should be selected
Do not choose irritating mica boards when decorating. Because the odor of mica board is greater, the formaldehyde emission is higher, the pollution is more serious, and the harm is greater.
