Product Introduction
Mesh release film is a thin polymer material (PET, PP, PE, etc.) with mesh textures on its surface. Its core function is to allow adhered materials to be easily peeled off and release trapped air without residue or surface damage in target applications.
Widely used in adhesive tape manufacturing, isolation protection, die-cutting processing, medical production, thermal conductive silicone sheets, facial mask substrates, carbon fiber pre-impregnation and other fields. It delivers a non-stick surface suitable for all applications requiring easy separation of adhesives. Standard thickness ranges from 30–300 μm. Common mesh patterns include diamond, rectangular, square, corrugated, striped and dot textures.
