Brief introduction of silicone paint for heat-resistant mica board

1. Silicone resin paint is used to make mica boards with excellent heat resistance. It is very easy to form, and the prepared mica board has good moisture resistance, high mechanical strength and less smoke. Silicone paint for the same purpose is well received in the market.

2. Mica adhesive silicone paint mica products are roughly divided into soft paint mica tapes for coil insulation and heat-resistant hard mica boards. The former is a soft silicone paint. The latter uses coatings with more trifunctional components and high molecular crosslinking density. 

3. Mica tapes and mica plates using natural mica are rarely used now because large pieces of soft mica are rare, expensive and difficult to process. Powdered mica paper is now almost always used. In this way, a large amount of broken mica can be used as a raw material for continuous production.

In addition, it also has the advantages of soft and suitable, easy to use, high product uniformity and reliability. Due to the large surface area, a large amount of binder is required.
