Classification of coated paper
Laminated paper can be classified according to plastic release paper and non-plastic release paper; it can also be classified according to release agent, silicone release paper and non-silicon release paper.
There is plastic coated paper, because the release agent has certain permeability. If there is no certain barrier, the release agent will penetrate into the inside of the paper, causing poor curing and excessive use of release agent (excessive cost) and many other disadvantages. factor. Therefore, paper needs to be coated with plastic (commonly known as lamination). In China, polyethylene (PE) particles are generally used for lamination, and the melt index is required to be around 7. Domestic PE particles generally use Yanshan Petrochemical's 1C 7A. It is divided into single-plastic release paper and double-plastic release paper; plastic-free release paper mainly includes glassine, CCK and other specially treated release papers.
In addition, there are some release papers that are widely used in many industries, and some do not use release agents. For example, label printing factories often apply a layer of varnish where release is required, and they also have a certain release ability, but of course the performance of the glue is very weak. Otherwise, this ability to separate is in vain. There are also some release papers produced using some special glue and other formulas, which account for a small share of the overall market.
The electronics industry uses less genuine paper (release paper produced by regular factories with stable quality and guaranteed supply), mainly garbled paper (release paper that has been used once abroad or has quality defects). Gluing factories basically use genuine paper.
(1): By color:
A. Single silicone white release paper means that one side is plain paper and the other side is silicone oil. It is more commonly used.
B, single silicone yellow (blue) release paper refers to release paper with yellow (blue) on both sides.
(2): According to gram weight: ranging from 35 grams to 250 grams (can be higher).
(3): Depending on whether silicone oil is added or not, it can be divided into silicone oil paper and coated paper.
Note: Laminated paper only has base paper and laminate. If it is silicone paper, it means all three types of paper are included.
(4), divided into single and double sides.
A. Double silicone single seal means one side is silicone oil and one side is only coated. This type will improve the cleanliness.
B, double silicone, means both sides are covered with silicone oil.
C, single silicon.
D, coated paper, also known as white plastic paper.
(5): According to the place of production of product materials.
A:Made in China
B:Import
